We are thrilled that you have chosen to become a Member of the Pensacola Association of REALTORS®!
With all the things a new REALTOR® must do to start their career in real estate, the process of joining an Association can sometimes be confusing. We have put together this page full of information to make the process a little easier. If you have questions at any point, give us a call at

Step 1: Fax in your RE-11 PAR, or a screenshot from myfloridalicense.com showing you have gone active with your broker.
Once you know which real estate office you're going to begin your career with, have your broker send us a copy of your RE-11. Or, you may send us a screenshot from myfloridalicense.com showing you have gone active with your broker. You or your broker may fax this information to us at (850) 432 - 2615, or send it via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We'll need to get your paperwork at least one day before you come into join the Association, so we have time to set you up in our system.
The RE-11 and/or screenshot from myfloridalicense.com tells us where you're working and tells us we're authorized to issue you an MLS username and password.
Step 2: Making a new member appointment.
To set up a new member appointment, please call Laurie Moritz, Member Services and Events Coordinator, at (850) 434 - 5507. New member appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. We do not accept walk-in appointments.
Currently, membership dues are $437 per year. Your dues are prorated to the month you join as a Member.
In addition to your membership dues, you will pay a $200 application fee.
If you have already paid your dues for the current year to another Association, please contact them and request a "Letter of Good Standing." With a current "Letter of Good Standing" the state and/or national dues included in your PAR Membership may be waived.
We accept cash, check and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Step 3: What to expect at your new member appointment.
Please bring the following items to your new member appointment:
A copy of your Real Estate License
Payment for your Membership Dues
Once you've arrived:
You will fill out your application to join the Pensacola Association of REALTORS®, Inc.
Pay your membership dues to the Pensacola Association of REALTORS, Florida Assoication of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Receive your MLS login information and your National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS) ID.

Step 4: Tasks to complete once you're a Member.
Once you've paid your Membership Dues, there are three things you must do to keep your membership current.
Within the first 90 days of joining the Association, you will need to completed the following:
Code of Ethics training
New Member Orientation
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Orientation
