2012 RPAC King And Queen

The RPAC King And Queen Contest Is Back!

 The rules are simple:

  • $50 to nominate a RPAC King or RPAC Queen.  You can nominate yourself or you can nominate another Realtor® or Affiliate Member.
  • $1 per vote.   Vote early, and vote often.
  • The contest starts February 1, 2012 and runs until the close of business day on October 5, 2012
  • Weekly RPAC King and Queen status updates will be posted every Friday morning  to pensacolarealtors.org so you can see where your favorite RPAC King and Queen stands in the competition.  Please note that on the last day of the competition, October 5th, updates will be posted hourly from 8am until 5pm.

The best part of the rules:  No matter who you nominate and no matter who you vote for, YOUR contributions count towards YOUR 2012 RPAC Contribution total.

While the rules are simple, the winning prize is well worth the wait:

The winning 2012 RPAC King AND Queen, will each receive a free table at the PAR Installation Banquet scheduled for December 6, 2012.  That’s right – the RPAC King and seven of his guests AND the RPAC Queen and seven of her guests will dine free of charge at the Installation Banquet.

How to nominate an RPAC King or Queen and how to vote:

  • You can either make your payment in person with check, cash or credit card at the PAR Office, any Membership Luncheon, or any RPAC function.
  • You can pay with a credit card by calling the PAR Office at 434-5507.
  • You can fill out the form on the back of the flyer and mail it to the PAR Office, along with your payment.

Offsite RPAC King & Queen Fundraising Rules:

If you’re planning an offsite RPAC King & Queen fundraiser, please pay attention to the following rules.  Rule compliance is important to ensure each fundraiser complies with the Federal Election Commission guidelines.  As always, if you have any questions please contact staff liaison Laurie Moritz at the PAR office at 434-5507.

  • All flyers for offsite fundraisers must be reviewed by PAR to make sure the flyers are in compliance with Federal Election Commission guidelines.
  • All funds collected at an offsite fundraiser must be turned in to PAR by the end of close of next business day.
  • If receipts are not given for each donation at an offsite fundraiser, an itemized sheet of each donor’s contribution is acceptable as long as the donor’s signature and date are next to their contributed amount.
  • Donations collected for a particular fundraiser can only be applied to that fundraiser.
